Few months into our frigid Canadian Winter, that sunny getaway suddenly becomes the most important item on your "to do list".  Our family has been vacationing in Cuba for years and we love it there, but recently we have looked at other hot destinations that would offer a perfect escape from a doom and gloom of our very long winters.

How about Florida?  Oh we love Florida!  It has all that we need - the comforts and familiarity of home; the prices are right and we can get there by car!  Our favorite spot? Clearwater and the Golf Coast just South of that beautiful city.

So where do you stay when in Florida if you plan on staying few months?

This beautiful, newly renovated Condo Apartment is available for stays of 3 months or more.   Very comfortable for two people, but can accommodate 4 if you have visitors.  Perfect for our Canadian Snowbirds; planning to leave the cold and snow behind and enjoy winter as it should be sometimes enjoyed!  From the sunny beach!   Or for those who plan to travel to Clearwater for a few months on contract from work.  We are also very excited to welcome our baseball players from various teams across the frozen Canada and Northern United States during their Spring training sessions. 

The Condo offers spacious master bedroom with comfortable King bed and luxurious bedding, adjoining bathroom features a large walk-in shower a single sink and a toilet.   The other bedroom is set up as a very stylish, spacious and comfortable office, with a queen pull out sofa for your occasional guests, here you will also find another full bath with a brand new tub, a single sink and a toilet.

If you love cooking, hang-onto your pans!  Brand new kitchen, fully equipped for your culinary pleasures!  Ceramic top stove with an oven, brand new built-in microwave and dishwasher, as well as a full size fridge.  You are all set here!  All cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes and more.  Just bring your groceries.
